Our high performance bread vacuum coolers are designed according to the highest specifications, and produced using leading quality brands (like Busch - Bitzer - Leybold - Schneider - Siemens - Sterling/Sihi). With around 500 produced food vacuum cooling systems supplied to the market, we can offer you an incomparable experience, and a very wide range of products. Weber “ECON” type bread vacuum cooler

Simple & efficient system build up, suitable for most standard bread types. Simple speed regulation option for reducing the cooling speed. Final temperature around 30 °C. Standard cycle time between 3 and 8 minutes, dependent on the bread type and loading weight.
The ECON type is equipped with special pump technology, and does not use any refrigeration system (we only use water cooling)! This results in low energy requirements and minimal maintenance. The cooling water needed in the process can be re-used.

Weber “POWER” type bread vacuum cooler

Maximum regulation, highest speed

There are different ways to control the cooling speed, and ReVent (to let the bread “breathe”) is a standard option. Advised for special & heavy bread (Wheat, Rye, Spelt & comparable).
Standard cycle time between 2 and 6 minutes, dependent on the bread type and loading weight. The POWER type is equipped with both vacuum & refriger-ation technology. No need for cooling water! Energy re-us is possible, for in-stance to generate warm washing water.
