Our vacuum cooling solutions for bakeries

Our top models for the bakery world are brought together under the WeBake Range, our standard solution for the European market. The intelligent combination of vacuum and cooling technology ensures a perfect cooling curve for all types of bread and guarantees the shortest cooling times. Multiple vacuum rooms can be combined with one central cooling system. While one vacuum chamber can be used with five ovens, a three-chamber vacuum cooler can serve up to fifteen ovens!

We build standard systems for single and double carts, but custom solutions are available too. We provide full support during implementation in your bakery and options such as extended warranty and repurchase warranty are among the options.

WeBake POWER

Our High-End solution, which makes it easy to cool even the most difficult breads. Analog and digital vacuum control for perfect control of the cooling speed. Easily scalable (“multi-room” solutions with central cooling technology). Extremely energy efficient through the application of “free-cooling” (optional).

WeBake SENSE

High performance, intelligent pressure control. Designed for affordable cooling of almost all standard bread types. Digital vacuum control for precise control of the cooling speed. Easily scalable, thanks to our “multi-room” solutions with central cooling technology.
  • Capacity:
    Standard solutions for one or two standard bread trolleys (Sense 60 & 120).
    Easy to adapt to your specific wishes.
  • Performance:
    The cooling time is between 1 and 8 minutes, depending on the bread, the load and the processing conditions.
  • Installed power:
    16 - 28 kW (Sense 60 - 120)

WeBake ECO

No-nonsense, energy efficient, especially suitable for small bread and “Viennois” products. Other applications in consultation. Intelligent control for controlling the cooling speed. Coolant-free cooling system! The perfect final temperature (usually around 40 - 50 °C or 104 - 122 °F) is achieved quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Capacity:
    Standard solutions for one or two standard bread trolleys (ECO 60 & 120).
    Easy to adapt to your specific wishes.
  • Performance:
    The cooling time is between 2 and 8 minutes, depending on the bread, the load and the processing conditions.
  • Installed power:
    7 - 10 kW
