By combining the technology of the BaseCool and the DeepCool, the OptiCool is the perfect solution where you want to cool from high to low temperatures using minimum energy.
Use of tap water is needed, recycling is an option. Standard models are available for up to 300 kg/load, larger systems can be designed on request.

Specs – summarized:

Vacuum room: Suitable for (Gastronorm) food trolleys and (Vemag) bins. Made to specification
Door style: Manual hinged (standard) or sliding (option). Double door on request
Ramp style: Inside ramp supplied, outside ramp build to specification
Vacuum: Sihi/Sterling combined with Busch or Leybold | Up to 700 m3/hr per room
Cooling: Water Cooling combined with DX (Bitzer) or Hydronic (Aermec Chiller)
Controls: PLC with touch screen, wireless temp. monitoring, recipe function
E-Power indication: 15 – 40 kW. Systems can be supplied for all (3-phase) power grids
